The iconic Mid Century Modern period is a true design phenomenon - with clean angular lines and shapes, and bold blocks of colour. An inspiring era which is prominent throughout the Mad Man series and definitely at the forefront of many fashion briefs at the moment. Monochrome shapes and architectural details are key elements in this seasons' trends. I came across this exciting location in World of Interiors Magazine - the essence of modernist living -but with some adaptations by owner Peter Shire electrifying his home in Los Angeles - built by his father in the 1950s.
